Hyperscape Digital is that experience built into a platform: a 3.0 GW+ pipeline of AI campuses we develop, own, and operate.
For a decade our principals worked the most power-intensive corner of computing — building high-density facilities and procuring power for some of the largest operators in the sector, across Texas and the major US grids. When AI demand exploded into the same bottleneck — power, land, time — the playbook transferred directly.

Built and exited marketing-driven tech ventures, including an eight-figure acquisition.

Leads power strategy for grid and gas supply, and internal operations. 10 years in commodities trading and trade financing across Europe, Asia, and the U.S. Led acquisition and site development of a 400+ MW pipeline for a U.S. crypto mining company. Leads development, company strategy, and technology. 20+ years in industrial real estate. Developed, designed, and advised on 500+ MW of high-density compute, including blockchain-era facilities, across site strategy, power, and build-out. Background in network engineering and security.
