Hyperscape Digital

Terms of Use

Effective July 15, 2026

Acceptance of these terms

This website is operated by Hyperscape Digital LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“Hyperscape Digital,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using hyperscapedigital.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Informational purposes only

The Site and its contents are provided for general informational purposes only. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security, interest, or investment product, in any jurisdiction, nor investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer to lease, a commitment to provide capacity, or a binding proposal of any kind; any transaction with Hyperscape Digital is governed exclusively by definitive written agreements between the parties.

The Site may contain forward-looking statements regarding our pipeline, development plans, and market views. Such statements reflect our judgment as of the date they are made, involve assumptions and uncertainties, and may change without notice. We undertake no obligation to update them.

Intellectual property

The Site and all of its content — text, imagery, illustrations, graphics, logos, and design — are the property of Hyperscape Digital or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view and download content for personal, non-commercial reference, provided all proprietary notices are retained. Any other reproduction, distribution, modification, or republication without our prior written consent is prohibited.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfering with the Site's operation, scraping or harvesting data at scale, introducing malicious code, or using the Site in violation of applicable law.

Confidential materials and NDA access

Certain information — including site-level portfolio detail and data-room materials — is made available only under a separately executed non-disclosure agreement to qualified counterparties. Submitting a request for access does not create any obligation on our part to grant access, and any materials provided under NDA are governed by the terms of that agreement, not by these Terms of Use.

Third-party links

The Site may reference or link to third-party websites or publications. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, and a reference or link does not imply our endorsement.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or availability. While we work to keep the Site's content current, we make no representation that it is complete, accurate, or up to date.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hyperscape Digital and its principals, affiliates, and personnel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, and any dispute arising out of them or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms of Use from time to time by posting an updated version to the Site with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site after a revision takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
